I thought about changing the synthetic stock to a wood stock,any one have any leads or just leave it alone?

We all have to love our guns, but with the Rem 710, you might want to leave it as-is with the synthetic. The 710 was not very popular (despite reported good accuracy), so I suspect there is not much in aftermarket products to support it; I could be wrong. A custom gunsmith could certainly build a nice stock for you. Whether that is worth it to you, only you can decide.

Doesn't the 710 have integral parts built into the stock?
