Haven't owned one but haven't heard any good things about it either...I'd go with someone with excellent customer service like Springfield. For around the same price you can get their GI or even a Mil Spec model. Check em out.
Remington 1911 R1.. good? bad?
I’m looking to get my first 1911. I really like the looks of the original design. I’m thinking of getting a Remington 1911 R1, anyone have any experience with these?
