I just aquired some 140 Grain Remington Core Lokt Ultra in 270 Caliber. Gonna try to load some of these up for my 270 Weatherby.

Any of you guys / Gals have any experience with these bullets? Accurate? Not So Accuarate?

Thinking about mixing these with some IMR 7828 and see what happens.

Any opinions would be appreciated.

Already loaded up the last of Barnes 130 Grain TSX I had- Very Very accurate. But Expensive.

Getting ready to try loading up the Core Lokt's. Nosler Accubonds, and Ballistic Tips, and have half a box of SST's.

Thanks

Guys.

I used the .264 140 Gr Core Lokt Ultrabond in my 264 Mag last year for mule deer.I was very impressed with the performance on game. They were accurate as well.I usually shoot a 130 Gr Barnes TSX that is extremely accurate in my Rem CDL.They were not as accurate as the TSX was but not enough difference to not use the Ultrabond for hunting. This year I am taking my .300 RSAUM loaded 150 Gr Rem Core Lokt Ultrabond to South Dakota. They are as accurate as the Nos Ballistic Tips I have used in the past.I will report on my results when I get back.I have also used the Hornady Interond bullets in my 30-06 and have been very pleased with them.
