Here's one that a friend told me about, no definite recipe but I had to try it.
Take a ham from a wild pig (mine was a sow around 100lbs or so, still had the leg and pelvic bones), put in a large roasting pan, and cover with sliced peaches. Sprinkle brown sugar and a little cinnamon over the top. Cover, with lid, foil, roasting bag, whatever, and cook around 325 F. for at least 3 hours. 4 hours would probably be better. I've only done it once so far.
