The bottom pour ladles are the best thing to happen to the casting crowd. When I used to cast bullets I used an old dutch oven that held about 100 pounds of alloy. I used a propane fired burner and a Rowell ladle. Having tried many different methods I can say that ladling is the best method to produce QUALITY bullets. Now to produce QUALITY bullets I call Beartooth and wait for them. I just don't have time to cast, to many rocks to shoot and to many trout to catch.
