I don't know how many of you have tried the new Ruger SR-22. I recently purchased one and Im impressed so far. This is one awesome little 22LR semi-auto. I expect a lot from Ruger and they delivered on this one. Those who love to shoot their AR15 will love this. Parts made of synthetics on similar rifles from other manufacturers are aluminum on the Ruger. I put an inexpensive BSA red dot site on the optical platform. Right out of the box at 50 yards the windage was dead on and elevation 3" low without a single adjustment. This is a dressed out 1022, so expect reliability. Add a Butler Creek Hotlips magazine and away you go!
