My son purchased this pistol from a dearly departed friend. This pistol is new to the both of us. Never been shot! Recently my son became more acclimated to this pistol, by visiting the local indoor range and firing the pistol. Following this, a necessary gun cleaning was in order. First of all, the spring tension on this pistol was very strong! I am older, but my son being in great shape had a hard time with the Breakdown Procedure. With much effort, we accomplished the tear down and found that there was two recoil springs? One fit inside the other? Why were there two springs? Is this the normal configuration for this pistol? Please respond with your thoughts. Thanks!
