Hi Guys,

Does anyone know where I may purchase sabots for a .454 Casull Ruger revolver ? one that would contain a .356" or .357" FMJ bullet weighing from 90 grains to 125 grains ?

If you have had experience with this type of bullet in either .44 mag, .45 Colt or .454 Casull calibers, I'd most enjoy hearing and learning of your experiences.

My own experiences were with a Contender in >44 Mag. with a 14" barrel. I was able to buy only 100 sabots 15 years ago, or thereabouts, and they are now all gone but one, little bullet.

It was great fun exploding things at close range---like 7 yards! I was never able to hit a sheet of typing paper at 25 yards, but boy it was sure impressive at close range on grapefruits, etc..

Best regards to all other crazy experimenters out there.
