Double-posting is a no-no. Please check the stickies in the General forum.

I can't imagine it would be difficult to find 1 or 2 piece bases for a magnum length Model 70. A little searching should find you plenty of options. As for accurate loads, each gun is different enough that you'll want to try out 3 or 4 different bullets and powders to find a combination that will meet your particular needs and suit your rifle.

The model 70 Super Grade is most certainly a very fine rifle, congrats. Why I sold one I had is still a great mystery:confused:. Finding a scope base/mount for the S/G in .300WM should be very simple. I believe it's the same action as the 30/06 and not the longer action needed for the .300 and .375 H&Hs. Standard one piece Leupold mounts with medium height (depending on your scope's ocular lens size) rings should be a pretty simple fit for most any 3-9x40 scope. A Leupold that size fit's fine, but a 2-7x33 would be too short between the "bells" for that mount & rings. That Leupold system looks really good on my model 70s.
