Searching for a Magazine

Hello. I have a old Charles daly field grade .22lr bolt action rifle. Serial number: A793411. KBI-HBG, PA Philippines. I lost the magazine years ago and have been trying to find a replacement but with no luck. Could someone point me in the right direction to acquire a new magazine or a couple extra ones?

I've never seen or heard of a Charles Daly 22 bolt action rifle (or any rifle), BUT if its a box magazine, just about anything will work if you arrange for a latch. The feed angle is the same on 99% of all 22 rimfire magazines but the lips are sometimes different.
Just as an example. Two magazines were made for this #9 ACGG rifle of the year from cheap, Jennings 22 pocket pistol mags.

Nope, it doesn't take a box mag. The original mag I got with it was a single stack metal magazine. I have contacted the email affiliated with charles daly and they were no help.

You're right--tin box with single stack, with follower and spring. Any pistol mag with 'wings to widen the back and a latch on the back will work.
That has all the external 'looks' of a Cooey crossed with a Mossberg.
It's a simple job to make a magazine if you want one.

Try these guys: Hoosier Gun Works : Online Catalog : Magazines-Rifle

According to their site, they have a couple 10 round magazines in stock that should fit - the Armscor M-14 bolt action magazine should be compatible.

Yes, after posting my first post I found out the gun is a Armscor M14p youth rifle. After I found that out I found a couple sites that have compatible mags. I ordered one to be sure it will fit. I have had this gun since I was 12 years old and it's always been a great little plinkster. Even dropped a few coyotes with it. Thanks for all the help

Having a few turn of the (previous) century 22s, I know what a pain it is to find magazines. Glad you were successful.
