This is a treasure of information. You can read a history of each basic arm. Some newer calibers are included because they are quite popular. The loading and accuracy data along with details specific to the example being shot are included. Questions such as what bore diameter is typical of the guns Mike has slugged for size? What is the typical barrel twist rate for this variety of levergun? How to decide to try lead or jacketed bullets for the most accurate and hassle free loads. I'm impressed with this book and am now interested in several variations of "Lever Guns of the Old West". Mike Venturino is one knowledgeable gun writer. "Nothing like the smell of black powder burning in the morning!" Bandito ;)
