Need advice starting a youth shooting team

First, stock up on youth. Second, have a range available large enough to run a line. Obviously, you'll need an appropriate number of firearms and they should be all of the same type. Have access to a large quantity of suitable ammunition. Have a program all set and in place. You can refine it as you go along, add this, eliminate that. Be sure you have enough insurance too. Accidents happen.
