I need some help with my Stevens 94 (Revelation 350 series k). The forearm wont snap it only makes a small pop. Can be pulled off or tapped off with little pressure. Ive replaced the forearm spring and forearm spring spring. The housing isnt broke and its not hitting anything. I just replaced the pivot plate. Could the barrel lug be worn down? I really want this gun fixed as i use it alot. Can anyone help? And sorry if this is mean but i dont need that throw it on the wall and go buy a $1200 mossberg.

Increase tension by removing the spring from the fore-arm and making it slightly longer by squeezing it in a vise. .010 to .020 should be plenty.
