I can get a Smith and Wesson model 64 with a 4in barrel 38 spl+P lots of holster wear but has been shot very few times theres a chance it will be DAO but i could be single too thats how it goes with these surplus guns it would cost me only $230 should i buy it Yay or Nay?

You can't go too wrong for $230.

If it were me I would look for the 67 with adjustable sights, there were a lot of those trade ins selling recently for about the same price.
