Does anyone know if Browning used longer screws on the 1885 low walls that came with the tang peep sight? I'm fixing to take it off, but would rather have the new screws in hand if I need them.
It's a LOT easier to shorten existing tang screws, than it is to stretch them.
If the sight's coming off, I would keep screw(s), that didn't do anything else, with the sight - and fill the hole(s) with headless filler plug screws.
