I came across a 12 gauge Belgian sidelock hammer gun. The barrels say laminate steel but the barrels don't have the damascus pattern. What does this mean? Can I shoot it?

Nevermind, I found some info and it turns out shooting it could be bad for my health, looks like I'll have to find some wall space.
