hello all, I have just purchased a model 94 30-30 and am wondering what year it is and if the stocks are original. the butt stock of the rifle has a pad on it that I have never seen before on a 30-30 but am not sure if the older 30-30's came with it or not so that is why i am wondering what year it is. the S/N is 1925330. it looks to be original. any insite on this would be greatly appriciated. thanks for looking
