I have a western field 30-06 made in Germany 1941. Having trouble finding any info on the rifle would like to find a manual or somthin to help as I tear it down. Needs severe cleaning and planning on re-finishing the stock. If anyone has any info or links would be appreciated

Welcome. That is almost certainly a rebuilt military mauser action, as I kinda doubt Western Field was importing rifles in 1941

Basic mauser assembly / disassembly instructions should get you started (the safety and trigger could vary).
