Where is the liberal media now?

http://www.channel4000.com/msp/news...122-091142.html

I say we sue the manufacturers of that sniper assault pen.

These one stab one kill pens ar no good and the manufacturers know the inherant danger if someone uses a pen. Pen control and stricter pen laws are not enough!

Heck, in major urban areas, there is already a new term used in gang circles, "Getting Bic'd", "I am gonna bic that G!" and "Don't make me bust a bic off in yo head!"are just a few of the phrases making their way into everyday speach.

We need to sue the Big Impliment Manufacturers and remove the Pen special interest Lobby from politics and make more pen laws! ;) :D

Cops: Man Killed With Pen, Woman Charged
Woman, 48, Allegedly Stabs Man In Chest With Pen, Killing Him
Posted: 9:37 a.m. CST November 22, 2002

A Minneapolis woman is jailed Friday, accused of killing her male roommate by stabbing him with a pen after drinking Tuesday.

Prosecutors allege that Deborah Stenerson, 48, and her roommate, 54-year-old Charles Trisko, had been drinking in the house they share Tuesday before Trisko left at some point, according to a broadcast report.

Then, at about 6 p.m., Stenerson called 911 and told the operator that she had stabbed Trisko with a pen and that he needed emergency aid.

When authorities arrived at the south Minneapolis house, they found Trisko lying on the floor with what the criminal complaint described as a gaping wound in his chest, according to the St. Paul Pioneer Press.

He was rushed to Hennepin County Medical Center where he later died on the operating table.

Authorities say Stenerson was drunk when she told police why she killed Trisko. She later did not recall details of the stabbing, but she knew that she had told the 911 operator she had stabbed Trisko with a pen, according to the Star Tribune.

She is charged with second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter. She's in jail with bail set at $500,000.
