That's a useful list. I'm going to stick it as a reference and alter the title a little.

Frames and/or receivers are considered to be firearms so all laws pertaining to the sale or transfer of firearms apply. It's unlikely that you'll find a parts dealer who will be able to sell you a frame. If you're having a problem with a frame, you might be able to get it fixed by a gunsmith or even purchase a used duplicate gun for the parts.

Obsolete Gun Parts..Webley Latch Springs..

Before I retired I was a Chain Manufacturer maintaining 25/26 machines , all involving various types of flat and "V" (Scotch) Springs..Since I retired, to subsidise my pension, I have been asked to make Webley Revolver Barrel Latch Springs by several friends for MK.4/Mk.6 models..These are an exact replica of the origonal from a high quality modern spring steel ,hardened and stress relieved to the correct temper and seem to work well.No complaint yet !! If you are in need may be I can help??

Screws for Stevens Actions and possibly others:
Some of the strengthened screws may be purchased from: "Muzzleloader Builders Supply", P.O. Box 848, Aberdeen, ID 83210; Toll free Order line = 877-397-3008; Reg. Tel. = 208-397-3008; 24hr FAX = 208-397-3009 makes some of the screws to fit Stevens Actions. They have the Barrel Lock Screw, Hammer and Trigger Screw ( two of the same size) for the 1894 series and also the Breech Block Pivot and the Hammer and Trigger screws for the 1915 series, I did not ask about others. The 1894 screws are from Alloy 1144 'Stressproof' Steel and the 1915 BB pin and lock screw are from Alloy 4140 Steel.

You need to ask for the list of Screws as it is NOT shown in their on-line Catalog; here is a Copy of the laist as of 2014NOV03:

I have combined my screw products with Muzzleloader Builder’s Supply--a company I have acquired. Note new address & phone numbers.

Serious note about some of these... be REAL careful to qualify the Exact part you want and make sure they know what kind as in USGI, after market, original maker etc... there have been problems

Webley Mark VI Extractor Spring

I recently found a reproduction Webley Mark VI extractor spring on Gunbroker after searching in vain for over a year to find a replacement for the broken spring in my Mark VI. It was a newly manufactured spring, not OEM, but it fits and works perfectly. There are two more available as I post this.

Sorry to say, my experience with Numrich has been rather mixed. Sometimes I've received good parts, other times I've received stuff that was rusty and barely usable. I just installed a .22 rimfire blank I got from them, and when it came to chambering it I had to make a new pilot for my reamer, The bore diameter was .213"! Obvious to me now that must have come from a reject batch that they got cheap. They are much more a parts dealer than a manufacturer, like Wisner. I have never once gotten anything but first rate stuff from Wisner.

(Interestingly, that barrel does shoot OK, (for a "boys' rifle"), despite being so far undersize.)

Numrich

I have bought from Guncorps.com (Numrich, New York) for about 12 years now and bought some real odd and old parts that I knew were no longer made. I am a small gunsmithing shop that specializes in refurbishing older firearms by taking them down to white metal, removing all rust, taking the wood down to bare wood and then put it back together by bluing the metal and using one of 17 stains to do the wood, average cost $75.00 !!!!.

Maybe Stevens had a Good Idea when he decided to make his .32 Long Barrels with .298-.300" bore and .306-.308" Grooves instead of nominal sizes for the cartridge.
My experience with Wisner's is a match for yours.

Best Regards,
Chev. William
