Can anyone recommend a good dealer online to buy scopes from, considering all factors, including cost?

I buy on Ebay. You can find just about anything and can get really good deals on the auctions. Just stay away from the "buy it now" sales. They are no better price than the local sporting good store.

I'll second that! I've bought scopes, binos, and scope accessories from them several times. They are always nice, have good prices, and they ship really, really fast. I can order a scope one morning and get it the next day. I'm only one state away but still thats quick. I ordered my last scope from them and my next will probably come from them too.
