Does anyone have any tips for reducing the size of the ghost ring for load development and sight-in.  

I am Looking for a "drop-in" that could be removed for hunting, without changing point of impact(much).  

Thought about writing Wild West and see if he can make one, I just don't want to spend the money on a "custom job"

Will it take an Ashley peep. If so there is a threaded one that takes Williams peeps ( I have one for the Winchester TimberCarbine)

The aperture on the Wild West sight is not threaded, but I could thread it if need be.
