I NEED SOME ASSISTANCE ON DISMANTLING MY RIFFLE.  I HAVE A WINCHESTER 22L.. OR LR -MODEL -190.  FIRST QUESTION I HAVE IS, HOW DO I REMOVE THE STOCK COMPLETLY OFF?( ON THE BACK PART OF THE STOCK THERE IS A HOLE ABOUT 3/4 TO 1 INCH IN DIAMETER. I WASN'T SURE WHAT WAS DOWN THERE BUT I THOUGHT MAYBE IT WAS A NUT, NONE OF MY SOCKETS SEEMED TO FIT.  ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT. THE OTHER QUESTION I HAVE IS, THE BARREL ON THE RIFFLE IS LOOSE. WHERE THE BULLETS ARE LOADED, THERE IS A METAL COVER WITH THE SPRING COMING OUT. DOES IT COME OFF,IF SO HOW? MY LAST QUESTION, ANY ONE WHO HAS DOCUMENTATION, WHETHER IT BE ARTICLE, MANUELS OR SPEC DIAGRAMS ABOUT THIS RIFFLE, PLEASE RESPOND.
THIS RIFFLE IS VERY SENTIMENTAL TO ME, IT BELONGED TO MY FATHER. IT WAS HIS HUNTING RIFFLE WHEN HE WAS YOUNGER, AND IT WAS ALSO THE FIRST GUN I EVER SHOT.

I'm not familiar with that model, but shotgun buttstocks are often attached in a similar manner.  Try a long flat-bladed screwdriver.  You might be able to look down the hole with a flashlight and small mirror to confirm.

Can't help much on the rest.... good luck.
