Appears too be either the 1/4 oz (109 grain) or 1/5 oz (89 grain) slugs common to the 410 shotgun shell. Might try Ballistic Products at www.ballisticproducts.com.

Sorry all
I was thinking of the 7gram (1/4 oz?) slug from Siarm Italy, including attached wad (its cheaper for me to order from there), in a European, straight walled hull, made by fiocchi, 76mm long with 16mm base brass.
Its for paper punching only.
