One of the gun auction sites would be your best bet for selling it, if you choose to.

Custom rifles in non-standard chamberings would be difficult to estimate - there is a limited market for them.

It looks to be a push feed M-70 that's been rebarreled. The stock is somebody's semi-inlet impregnated laminate and the scope is a Leupold 1 3/4
-5X matte finish. Just the parts makes it a nice rifle. An auction will probably bring the most money.

I have a Winchester 375/338 with a scope that I had inherited. I didn’t know if anyone would be interested in buying it or how much it would be worth?

A close-up shot of the action, bolt side would help. As would a clear picture of the bolt removed from the action. IF is turned out to be a CRF pre 64 M70 action, that would increase it's value a good bit. The scope is of excellent quality, but the stock is rather pedestrian and the chambering is not enhancing any value that's present.
