I have what looks like a Winchester 94 frame with a Model 64 barrel, is this common? Any info you guys can give me will be greatly appreciated! The Serial number is 82XXXX. Here are some pics to help out.

Interesting rifle you have. It appears to be a marrage of an 1894 rifle reciever and buttstock and a model 64 barrel and magazine tube. Though not original it is a well done custom.

FWIW, although it's been documented that Model 94 with SN 1,343,643 was factory produced with a Model 64 barrel, since SN 82X,XXX Dates frim 1917-18, and the first Model 64 barrel wasn't made until 1932, it makes your rifle a parts gun, as posted above.

A very NICE-LOOKING parts gun, though ! :)

I wonder if it was returned to the Custon Shop for the conversion - be interesting to find out................................................
