Guns and Ammo did a test on it in the Oct. 2001 issue.  They got groups of a bit over a inch with the 1/5 oz. slug from Winchester.  That slug load was giving an avg. of 1952 fps!  It also won gun of the year this month in the same magazine.

I had heard on another board recently that the 9410 was already having problems with extractor breakage.  Anyone else heard anything about this?

The chap that said that was relaying what a local gun store owner had told him.  That they were having to send almost all of them back to have extractors fixed.  I am afraid I don't remeber which board I saw that on.  It may only be a rumour started by jealous Marlin fans ;^)

PS. I saw somthing neat along these lines at a gun show a while back.  It was a custom Winchester 94 takedown model with a 45 Colt 16" barrel and a second barrel in .410  Unlock, pull, twist and reverse to install the other barrel.  Pretty slick.
