shot my win94ae 444 is their anything i can do with my trigger its really hard ?

Triggers are very sensitive to work because changing the angles can create problems very quickly. I would suggest taking it to a gunsmith for work. It certainly can be smoothed and shortened in pull by someone who knows what they are doing. Generally, well worth the cost.
