Where is the Zeiss Conquest scope made?

The Conquest series is made here in the USA.
They are by far my favorite scope. The 3.5-10 and 4.5-14AO are my choice. All scopes are easy to see through while standing at the counter, but early and late in the day, they are the best at gathering light and staying clear edge to edge in my opinion.
I like the scopes so much, I just got a pair of 10x40 Conquest binos. Same clarity.

I understand that the Conquest is assembled here in the USA and the parts may be made in Germany.

I prefer the Conquest scopes over say the Leupold designs for their optical quality. Today at the range it was obvious that I could see better with a 3-9 Conquest over a 2-7 Leu. However the Conquest scopes are bigger and heavier. In particular the ocular will not clear some bolts easily.

Agreed, If there's a better $400. scope out there for hunting, none of my 60+ rifles have found it!
