Interesting. In the video, the hammer is still cocked after the gun fires. Stuck/sticky firing pin, or what?

Firing pin retractors were standard design features until the bean counters decided they could make more money by deleting them.

Must be super-heavy pins to get enough inertia from hand-cycling. Glad they're going to retrofit, if that's the issue.

I have a 3" SXP won at a RMEF event. Looks like only the 3 1/2" are affected. Mine has yet to have a round run through it.
