I try to obtain at least one box of vintage ammo for each of my 1886 Winchesters. Here are boxes of .33 Ammo, from the earliest to last from CIL. The orange Winchester is circa 1906, the Rem-UMC dates from 1912, or so, the red/yellow Winchester is 1946, the Remington Kleanbore are late 1940s-early '50s and the Canadian is the same.

I have killed deer with those old Remington-UMC .33s. They are headstamped .33CF, with no mention of the proprietary W. I have reloaded those old cases 3-4 times already and they are still OK. I have 1200 of the old Hornady 200 FPs on hand, probably a lifetime supply. I need to purchase some of the .338 Barnes TSX bullets and cut the point down some to make them safe in the tubular mags.:)
