Short answer is yes your Rossi will handle "Ruger loads". But work up to them and check for pressure problems! I shoot "Ruger" loads in my Win 94 but not the top end loads!

My fovorite load for my Win 94 is 300gr WFNGC 21.5 grs of H110 or 22 gr of W296 Both are a grain under max! Plenty of muscle behind these! They come out at aroung 1650 fps! Which by the way is what my 454 SRH will get!
